Taken at sunset at the top of the "10 meter" on the beach Ingierstrand just outside Oslo, Norway. The silhouette is Karolin

Post-processing:
Made some minor edits on the contrast in camera Raw, adjusted the curves, added a black and white layer set to soft light (100%), also adjusted the curves and added a black and white layer set to soft light (50%) only on the water.

The summer is great, in some parts of Norway the sun is up for 24 hours.

In wintertime on the other hand it's completely opposite. Where I live the sun goes down around 4, while in the north at the darkest they have sunlight for about an hour a day
