Post-processing
Lightened the foreground slightly by turning up the fill light in camera raw. Lightened the foreground some more with a selective curves layer. Turned up the contrast with a black and white layer set to overlay where I partly masked out the lighter areas of the picture (the city and the sky). Gave the picture a more yellowish tone by turning down the blue channel a bit and up the red and green channels slightly with a curves layer.
Turned down the blacks a bit by adjusting the offset channel slightly upwards with the exposure adjustment.
