My little brother has started to loose a lot of teeths 
Post-processing
Lightened and adjusted the wb a bit in camera raw.
Added a blurred copy of the picture set to soft light (20%).
Adjusted the curves with different layers, one for the eyes only, one for the face and one for the whole image. Added a black and white layer set to soft light (100%) and converted the picture to black and white with a tiny, tiny tint of sepia.
Cropped to square and sharpened a bit.
