The tutorial is a pdf file, so you have to download it to see it.
In some browsers it will show in the browser after you have downloaded it (at least it does that with me, I don't know if it is the browser or something else), while in others you'll have to download to the computer...! But anyway you should zoom out (ctrl -), the text became really big for some reason, even though it is size 13.

This tutorial is not about how you use the curves tool or healing brush, what the different blending modes do, or how you get special effects. It’s simply about how you can work in Photoshop in a non-destructive way, and the great advantages and opportunities this will give you. The tutorial is mainly intended for photography, but a lot of the stuff in the tutorial is also important when it comes to other photoshop work.

Some great things when it comes to working non-destructve:
You can undo or change any effect you have given a picture at any stage in the process without affecting other changes, even weeks or months later.
You do not need to worry about how far back your history palette goes.
Your original file will always stay the same.
It’s easier to apply changes on only parts of the picture, and you can at any given time undo or change the parts you want affected.
If you wonder how you managed to get an effect on an earlier work you can always go back and see exactly what you did.

Some of the features mentioned in the tutorial is only available in Photoshop CS3, but that's just a few of them. The most important things are available in earlier versions of photoshop as well.

If you have any questions it's just to ask. And for those of you who would rather see a tutorial where I explain how I use black and white layers with different blending modes; I will make one, I just thought it would be smart to explain some non-destructive working methods first :aww:
