Another picture of the new opera in Oslo, Norway. I just love that building 
Post-Processing:
Adjusted the contrast a bit in adobe raw, two a bit different raw-edits, one for the sky and one for the building. Adjusted the curves, one curves layer for the whole picture, and one only on the glass of the building.
Added a channel mixer layer (not checked for monochrome) on the sky set to multiply (40%), a black and white layer, mainly on the building, set to soft light (100%) and converted to black and white.

Great use of composition to get the lines of the architecture here.
Have you tried the "recover" slider in Camera RAW to rescue the windows? The colours start to look funky if you go too far on it, but since you're doing mono it won't matter.
