Icy blue

I took about 155 pictures of silver cutlery in the sink, and a few of them actually turned out pretty good (so if you don't like this picture, beware, there will be more of them ), even sharp, which is not something that can be said about most of the pictures, as I took them handheld

Post-processing
Lightened the picture a bit in camera raw and turned up recovery to get rid of burned out white areas of the picture. Also adjusted the wb to make the picture more blue.

Lightened the picture some more in photoshop with a black and white layer set to screen (10%). Turned up the contrast with a black and white layer set to overlay (40%). Turned up the contrast some more on most of the picture - except the darker areas - with a curves layer set to luminosity and lightened and turned up the contrast with a curves layer set to normal. Also lighted just some of the darker areas with a curves layer.

Gave the picture a slightly more blueish tone by turning the blue and green channel slightly up with curves.
